A Shooting at a Full Nightclub in Houston Killed Two People and Injured Others
The bomber struck shortly after noon in Houston, early Monday morning, before being killed by a deputy sheriff who was not on duty but was working as a security guard at the club.
The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police recruiting center at Klei, killing at least 12 people and wounding three others, Harris County Deputy Chief of Police Troy Finner said.
Another person was killed and two others were injured in the shooting. One person is in critical condition, reports “Daily Dail”.
Houston police confirmed Monday night that the deputy had killed the assailant, but it was not clear who shot the other three – it is certain he was not the deputy, police said.
Two people who were injured were taken to hospital, one in critical condition after being shot several times, and the other was released for home treatment after the leg wound healed.
