Biden and Zelensky Discussed Military and Financial Assistance

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he had resumed ongoing dialogue with US President Joe Biden and that in a telephone conversation today they had discussed Russian war crimes and an additional aid package for his country.

– We talked about Russian war crimes and talked about an additional package of defense assistance as well as possible macro-financial assistance. “We agreed to strengthen the sanctions,” Zelensky wrote on Twitter following a telephone conversation with the US leader.
