Biden to Zelensky: We will Respond Decisively to any Russian Aggression
Joe Biden has told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that the United States will respond “quickly and decisively” to further Russian aggression against Ukraine, the White House said in a statement.

The two leaders “agreed on the importance of continuing diplomacy and deterrence in response to Russia’s military strengthening of Ukraine’s borders,” the statement said.
At the same time, the US Embassy for the remaining diplomatic personnel of Ukraine announced that it will work from the western city of Lviv, the online newspaper Ukrainian Justice reported, citing a US diplomatic source.
Washington said yesterday that it had ordered most of its embassy staff in Kiev to leave Ukraine immediately because of the threat of a Russian invasion.
“This is a temporary decision, the embassy team will return to Kiev as soon as the security situation allows,” the source said, according to CNN .
