Jeff Bezos is expanding his Manhattan apartment by buying another apartment for $ 16.13 million in the 24-storey Century Condominium building opposite Madison Square Park, where he already owns all the units on the last four floors, Manship Global reported.

The boss of “Amazon” and the richest man on the planet already owns three apartments in the same building, ie a two-storey penthouse and two unique mega apartments under it, which have 12 bedrooms and cover an area of ​​1,600 square meters.

It offers wealthy tenants a fitness center, a golf simulator and a movie theater.

The head of Amazon, through a limited liability company registered in Delaware, bought the apartment at 212 Fifth Avenue in February. The deal was finalized on April 7, according to documents submitted to the city.

The deal was struck outside the real estate market. The seller, whose identity is protected, bought the unit for $ 11.25 million in April 2018, according to property records.
