The video, which has traveled the world, shows a crowd of people around the coffin, while no one wears a mask and respects social distance. According to media reports, about 5,000 people gathered at the funeral of a religious leader in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
The country is in the midst of a terrible second wave of coronavirus and is breaking records in the number of new cases every day. There are no more places for the infected in hospitals, as well as oxygen bottles, and corpses are burned at the stake.
