Joe Biden surprised many on Thursday after he ended his speech on the current crisis in the country’s supply chain when he turned and extended his hand as if to shake hands, but there was no one on stage but him.
The video soon became a hit on social media.
The 79-year-old president told the fiasco by shaking hands that he was a “full professor” at the University of Pennsylvania despite never teaching at the school.
That’s another mistake Republicans are questioning Biden’s cognitive ability.
