Convoys of military vehicles, including tanks and armored personnel carriers, were spotted on the outskirts of Donetsk, the capital of one of eastern Ukraine’s two breakaway regions, a witness told Reuters.

Reuters reporters in Donetsk have not seen tanks on the streets in recent days.
Reuters recorded the video in Makeevka near Donetsk, which shows various military vehicles on the roads, including APCs and trucks.
About five tanks were spotted in a column on the outskirts of the city and two more in another part of the city.
Last night, after recognizing the independence of Donetsk and Luhansk, Putin ordered troops to leave the separatist regions as part of a peace mission that the West claims is just an excuse to launch an attack on Ukraine.
