(VIDEO) Mexico’s Most Powerful Cartel Threatens To Kill Journalist
A group of men claiming to be speaking on behalf of Mexico’s most powerful cartel have released a video threatening to kill a TV host over what they say is unfair reporting.

The warning was issued by a man who claimed to have done so on behalf of the cartel leader Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generation (CJNG).
They complain that Millennium TV is inclined towards so-called self-defense groups whose goal is to oppose the CJNG.
In the video, they directly threaten the journalist Azucena Uresti.
He says the cartel supports freedom of expression in the media, but that there must be more equitable reporting.
The masked man also claims that the self-defense groups – which they claim oppose the cartels – are in fact the drug traffickers themselves.
Toda mi solidaridad y apoyo para Azucena Uresti @azucenau

No estás sola..
Aquí el vídeo donde la amenazan y la respuesta que dará el gran "humanista de cuarta".. pic.twitter.com/wrHBf5IqcQ
The leader of the CJNG cartel, Nemesio Osegura Cervantes, is one of the most wanted men in Mexico. The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration is offering a $ 10 million reward for information leading to his arrest.
Mexico is one of the most dangerous countries in the world for journalism. But while attacks on local reporters are common, such public warnings are rare.
Millennium and Azuena Uresti TV have not yet commented on the video.
